2. Number of Colors:  screen printing is one way screen printing,one time only can print one color with one stenciling,more colors need more stenciling and printing,so more color ,more cost.
3. Printing Style : CMYK screen printing is more complicated than spot screen printing,need high mesh count,take more time for emulsion ,exposure,development ,touch up and printing,the ink is easily dried in a short time for high mesh count ,you need to take care of the quality during the whole printing process.
4. Material Type:  most outdoor stickers use vinyl,but different brand vinyl cost has big differences ,such as : 3M, Avery . Except for this ,different function material prices are totally different ,such as :reflective sticker, holographic stickers,car magnetic,glow in the dark stickers,perforated stickers ,static cling stickers and so on. This sticker material is much more expensive than vinyl .

   

5. Ink Type: outdoor UV resistant and weatherproof inks are more costly ,also can last 3-7 years ,for example: boat decal,helmet stickers,hard hat stickers,3M reflective sticker and so on. But normal ink only used indoors ,does not have UV resistance ,will fade in 1-3 months,please contact us for details.
6. Quantity : make stanciling needs some cost ,small quantity cost will be high ,but big quantity will be low cost ,much cheaper than inkjet .
7. Stenciling : before printing,you need to make a screen frame,choose the right mesh,emulsion,exposure,development,touch up ,block out,ink mixing.Whole this process takes a lot of time and some cost to make them out.

Why does the sample cost more ?

Screen printing is different with offset printing,inkjet printing ,digital printing ,they can use digital printing to make samples ,cost is very low(normal samples cost USD5-10),but screen printing is totally different ,cannot use digital printing to make samples,must use screen printing machine to printing samples out.Whole process is the same as mass production,such as : 

• Prepare screen frame 
• emulsion,exposure 
• development
• touch up 
• blocking out 
• ink mixing 
• screen printing
• cleanup

Except this ,we also need time for printing ,all need half a day for 1-2 colors,3-4 colors need one day,5-15 colors need 3 days ,so this is why samples are more expensive than mass production.But any way ,we only charge USD45 for one color,USD80 for two colors,USD125 for 3-4 colors ,USD200 for 5-8 colors ,USD400 for 10-15 colors.
