3m 610 Reflective StickerThe 3M 610 series is made of high-performance reflective vinyl. Its enclosed glass bead construction provides stable reflection even in low light or at night. The material is also flexible enough to conform to curved surfaces.
3M HIP Reflective StickerThese stickers employ 3M high-strength prism technology for long-distance reflectivity. They are suitable for vehicles and outdoor signs, and adhere firmly to metal and plastic. Waterproof and UV-resistant, they retain strong reflectivity even in harsh environments.

Custom 3M Reflective Sticker Size and Shape
Liyantian’s 3M reflective sheeting are all designed through the shape of the sticker using a high precision engraving machine or die-cutting machine to die-cut the sticker, there is no restriction on the shape or size, especially suitable for branding and personalized 3M reflective sticker customization.
We accept various file formats to meet your printing requirements:

To ensure the printing and die-cutting results, please also pay attention to the following file requirements:
- Bleed:For all custom die-cut stickers with non-standard shapes or contours, please include a 0.125-inch bleed around each cutting path. Custom die-cut files without bleed may not be accepted.
- File Transfer:Larger design files can be compressed and sent to us via a password-free cloud storage link.
Among the common colors of 3M reflective stickers, white is usually the brightest, followed by yellow or fluorescent yellow-green, then orange, red, green, and blue. Black and brown have relatively weaker reflective performance. Specific brightness may vary depending on the 3M series and reflective grade, so we recommend confirming the model based on the actual application.
In traffic and industrial safety, different colors of 3M reflective stickers have specific meanings:
- White:Mostly used for speed and road markings, also the brightest reflective color.
- Red: Indicates stop or prohibited access, and can also be used for fire equipment marking.
- Yellow: Used for safety warnings on vehicle strips and equipment edges; also for garbage container identification.

Before installation, please clean and dry the surface, removing any dust or oil. Installation is best done at room temperature. High or low temperatures may affect the bonding effect.
When sticking, press the sticker outward from the center with a scraper to flatten it and remove air bubbles, ensuring the adhesive adheres properly. Avoid stretching the sticker, as this can cause edge peeling later.
For large areas or curved surfaces, a small trial application is recommended first to ensure the effect.
The stickers are easily removable when applied for only a short period of time. You can use a hot air gun to heat the sticker surface. Be careful not to expose the car paint directly to high heat, and then peel it off slowly at a low angle. The remaining adhesive can be removed with a special cleaner.
After being on the vehicle for more than 5 years and exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, slight marks may remain after removal. These marks can usually be repaired by polishing.
