Why Do Decals Need a Transfer Layer?
Motorcycle stickers and decals are die-cut according to the outline of fonts and patterns, the thinnest line is 0.8MM, the smallest dot is 1MM, decals composed of many small parts without any background ,and with complex shape and lines. It is impossible to take them off and apply them one by one,and also the position will be changed,you will be crazy for it. but you just put the transfer paper or film on the decal surface, all the parts are fixed to the transfer paper and the position will not move, then reverse and gently peel off the backing paper, put the decal with the transfer paper on the surface, and then slowly tear off the transfer paper or transfer film, so that the decal will be apply to the surface,the decal looks is the same as design.
